Speed up your break downs...

After 7 yrs...2 garages [renting] and having this tool in storage...I finally have my own property. My Shop. Still a beginner but all those "Ahh-ha" moments are coming back. What a great feeling. Purchased these 1 yr ago and have just now built 2 cabinets. Great for break-downs and odd corners. The clamps were a long awaited welcome to my Shop. All the other tools gave it a party...by putting it to work....What fun we had...
Great tool addition... keep up the good work.

I have used these clamps with the True Trac track on a variety of projects. Very secure hold and ease of use. Also have used it on different thickness pieces - easy to adjust. High quality design

Surely; one of the fundamental attributes of good sawing is the consistent alignment of the blade and the the material being sawn?
The beauty of these clamps is that they keep the track and the material being sawn, consistently aligned together, positively preventing all wobble.
Using a regular 7 1/4 " saw, I recently had to wet-saw a pile of (VERY hard) 3/4" porcelain slabs. I decided to saw the full thickness in three passes.

As I increased the depth of the saw blade for each pass, the position and orientation remained so consistent, that the finished cut looked like a one-pass factory finish. I was very pleased indeed, and could not ask for a better finish - and all due to these simple and very effective track clamps.

It is worth noting that you can clamp your track onto material that is about 2 1/2 wide; which means you can use up your small rippings and end up with very little waste.

Together with the no-splinter Adapter Base and the Zero clearance block, these clamps form an excellent system of quality-assured sawing. Easy and quick to operate, I could not recommend them too highly. I will also send photos of my simple but effective wet-saw setup. Phil

Why did I wait so long

After building many projects over the years and I came across an article about TrueTrac I gave it more thought of use’s . After thinking about my next project coming up I thought this would be a good test. 10’ wall entrainment unit, mix of 3/4”, 1/2” and 1/4” cabinet plywood would be great. Bought all my materials at my supplier, laid out all the cuts for the sheets and went to work. I was more then happy with the out come. Straight cuts with no bow in the middle where the tracks come together, easy to use. When you don’t have room for a table saw work bench for cutting large sheets and only a one man show this is the answer, especially if you need to do something off site. I also purchased the track clamps and Simple Square.
One thought on the Track Clamps instead of having to adjust the nuts on the thread for thickness, what about just pto pin slots every 1/4” and just using that to speed up the size change.

Toggle clamps are in stock and will ship within 1-2 business days or faster.

If ordered with other components, the clamps will be packaged and sent with the other items.

This product is for use with the TrueTrac Pro-Series circular saw guide system.
