This unit features a dual-sided pick up with two 2-1/2 inch diameter vacuum hoses, one on each side of the RGS Base Plate Assembly.

The entire cutting area is surrounded by 2 inch long strip brushes in removable holders. 1 and 3 inch brushes are available upon request.

Recommended for use with a vacuum system that draws 800 CFM or more.

We include a dual 2-1/2 inch to single 4 inch wye fitting for compatibility to standard dust collection systems.

- 2-1/2 inch diameter ABS flange fittings
- Anti-static vacuum hose
- Anodized aluminum strip brush holders
- Steel-spined, anti-static strip brushes
- Dual 2-1/2 to single 4 inch ABS wye fitting
- Steel wire hose clamps
This kit includes the following:

- 10 ft of 2-1/2 inch anti-static hose (colors will vary, cut to desired length)

I love it but I think it should come with 2 sets of brushes other than that I love it

We have 1” and 3” brushes available, but found the 2” to be more of an all-around useful length. Which do you think would be a good addition, the longer or shorter option?

Over all amazing! I did have to switch some things around due to being on the wrong side. And also had to cut and glue in the brushes in. Also with the whole system would be nice if you offered a shim/leveling system or something to raise the wood to the cutter ! Over all love it and work’s amazing.
First off, I want to thank both Jacob and Tim for the very prompt responses to all my concerns on both the router sled and dust system that came early this Christmas lol . The proto, production dust system you sent works as hoped. Cuts down on the dust/ shavings Big Big time. I'll send more pics as I complete the final details/set up.

For RGS units purchased after April 1st 2023, we predrill the RGS base plate to accept the dust shrouds.

Prior to that date, you'll have to use the polycarbonate plates as a drilling guide to attach to the RGS base plate with the provided hardware.
