Need to easily handle longer straight line rips? This skill saw guide rail system includes everything you need to convert your circular saw into a track saw and rip 12ft lengths!
- Features 153 inches of TrueTrac guide rail with a full 144 inch cutting capacity to easily break down over-sized sheet goods or preform straight line ripping or tapers on dimensional lumber, including rough sawn or reclaimed boards, up to 12' long.
- Track sections can be joined all together or used separately for shorter cuts.
- Allows either standard 90 degree cuts with the blade on the wide side of the track or 45 degree bevel cuts with the blade on the narrow side of the track.
- Produce chip and splinter free cuts on both sides of your blade with the included Anti-Chip Strips along the edge of the track as well as the Zero Clearance Block that attaches to the Universal Saw Adapter Plate.

Depth depends on the blade diameter in use.
The adapter plate and track will remove 3/4 of an inch from your overall depth of cut (DOC).
With an average 6-1/2 inch bladed saw your DOC is 1-1/8 inches
- 7-1/4 blade = 1-1/2 inch material
- 8-1/4 blade = 2 inch material
- 10-1/4 blade = 3 inch material
The Universal Saw Adapter Plate comes in two sizes. The standard size is appropriate for any circular saw with a 6-1/2 inch to an 8-1/4 inch diameter blade. The larger saw adapter plate is designed for the 10-1/4 inch diameter saws.

I bought this kit to be a little more portable on job sites, we do a lot of custom closets and pantries and rip and awful lot of plywood. One of my guys is a 40 year veteran carpenter and calls himself the human tablesaw, he said he wasn't using it. Now anytime we rip plywood it's the first thing he gets out. Setup was pretty simple on the skill saw, After that you could rip stacks of plywood in hours with laser straight efficiency. My guys are literally just walking down the side of the plywood with one hand on the saw and making perfect rips every time. I paid extra for the bag because I like to keep my tools clean and protected and away from dents and dings and scratches from being on the trucks, it has worked out perfectly I wish I had purchased this years ago. I will be buying more. Anyone that doesn't give this thing a 5 star rating clearly didn't know what they were doing to begin with and probably shouldn't own one anyhow.
The tool worked excellent the only issue was with the chip strips chipping. But I contacted Jacob and replacement parts were sent quickly. I used it to put a straight edge on 10 foot rough sawn boards it worked well. I would recommend this tool as a great alternative to the higher priced models.
Cutting usable lumber from western red cedar slabs. Trac is true and smooth. Will order another saw adapter plate for a larger saw.

This system is compatible with virtually any style of circular saw.
The top surface of the Universal Saw Adapter Plate (SAP) is flat and you will be required to custom drill mounting hole locations in both the SAP and the OEM metal base plate of your circular saw. There are no saws manufactured that include predrilled holes that are useful in this scenario.
We provide a machined Set Up Block (SUB) which is used to gauge the distance from the outside edge of the SAP to the body of your saw blade. This ensures paralleism between your saw blade and arbor and the machined grooves on the underside of the SAP, as well as setting the proper spacing so that the blade trims the white Anti-Chip Strips along the edge of the track.
