The TrueTrac Router Gantry System (RGS) is an easy and accurate way to simultaneously surface and flatten live edge slabs, epoxy tables or counter tops, bar surfaces, table glue-ups, and much more!

Our 100% custom American-made and purpose designed heavy-duty extrusions are expandable to virtually any width or length desired and will easily support your 2-1/2 to 3-1/2 HP router without bending, bowing, warping, or twisting during normal use.

All sliding components are 100% CNC machined from Acetal Copolymer, also referred to as Delrin, which is an engineered plastic specifically designed for sliding friction applications and holds machining tolerances wonderfully.

Simply stated, our system is professionally designed and purposefully built to give you years of trouble-free use and is fully backed by our lifetime money-back guarantee.

The RGS is available in a variety of lengths and widths to suit your project needs and is always able to be expanded later.

This system is a "Manual Feed" option, where the user directly pushes the router back/forth across and down the length of the slab.

The RGS in general is also available with a "Threaded Cross Feed" that allows the user to pin the RGS sled to a threaded rod and move the router across the width of the system by simply turning a hand-crank wheel.

RGS Adapter Plate comes pre-drilled for a variety of routers. Please see the list in the product photos. Blank plates with a 1/4" diameter hole pre-drilled in the center are available upon request via phone or email.

Slab plane

I am impressed with the product. It is extremely low cost solution to flattening of large slabs.

I have flattened about 13 slabs which are about 10 foot in length and 20 inches in width. I am extremely happy to have a superior solution to the flattening of my slabs. This has given a better end result than just using a planer.

Great product!!!

Don't know how I survived without one for so long. Used to chalk or pencil a line with a straight edge, that is no more. I mounted a Milwaukee cordless saw to the plate and have had no issues ripping hardwoods/softwoods off the sawmill for projects around the house. Awesome product!!!

I hate reviews, but this is worth it!

I don't do reviews. But, this is worth it. Both the company and the product are excellent. I can't say enough good things about the people I communicated with and the product itself. It takes my margin of error down to a hair's width! I'm using a Kobalt 6 1/2" battery operated circular saw, and as long as you take time to set it up correctly, it has become possibly my most valuable tool. You can even tell that they've taken the time to consider normal use, by ensuring that the parts that get used the most are easily interchangeable. I feel like this is a lifelong investment, and my only regret is being too cheap to not buy it sooner!

True track carry case

Absolutely LOVE this case !! It looks great, is well made and can hold multiple lengths of track with velcro straps as well as several other (unassembled) accessories .

TrueTrac Toggle Clamps

The Toggle Clamps are a great addition to the TrueTrac saw system, especially when dealing with slightly bowed sheet material or when it is imperfectly supported. I love the way they slide into the lower side of the TrueTrac. The only issue I have with them is that you have to fiddle with the adjustment when you change the thickness of the material - not a major issue unless you are changing the material often. The tool-free version may be a good idea! I have not used them on refinished material yet, but I can see they would work well in that situation. I heartily recommend getting the Toggle Clamps if you get the TrueTrac.

Great kit

I had this kit for 2 years before my truck and trailer were stolen. Now that I'm looking to replace it I find my self right back here to purchase another kit because I liked it so much. Just one of the projects I was able to use it for was building my own built in office desk that is 12' long. I was able to add all of my tracks to cut straight edges on 2x12 so I could join 3 of them to gather to make the top in the picture. They have a solid product and I never had any regrets buying my first set.
