RGS - 48” x 96” Manual Feed Slab Mill
You've got the perfect slab to make a dining room table. The grain figure is top quality, there are some interesting defects (features!), and you've been waiting for it to dry enough to finally do something with, and the time has come!
Except that 13" benchtop planer and your 6" jointer aren't going to cut it on that 48-inch wide slab.
- Working Area
- Material Width: 48 in.
- Material Length: 96 in.
- Material Thickness: 2-1/4 in.

With the optional Threaded Cross Feed upgrade, you can achieve unparalleled precision in your cuts, making even the most challenging large projects a breeze. Trust us, working with long and wide slabs, resin pours, or large glue-ups will never be the same.

Precision Tools, American Made
The TrueTrac Router Gantry System is a solid step above the average home-built router sled in terms of accuracy and performance and includes industry-unique features that router sleds built with off-the-shelf components can't realistically match.
Working Area
- Material Width: 48 in.
- Material Length: 96 in.
- Material Thickness: 2-1/4 in.
This 48-inch by 96-inch capacity kit is by far the largest seller for the RGS units. This is simply because if your projects were normal sized you'd likely already have them done and over with using 'standard' shop tools or even a hand plane in a pinch.
When the work gets larger, it gets more difficult and time consuming making your own jigs and fixtures, especially if it's the third or fourth time you've remade it for a new project.
Modular in Length and Width
- 27-1/2-inch or 55-inch extension kits readily available
- Kits include rails and dovetail connectors
Designed to be modular from the start, the configurable working areas make tackling everything from charcuterie, cutting, or chess boards up to the largest slab, glue-up, countertop, bar, or epoxy resin project a breeze.
Easily change from a 48-inch x 48-inch working area to the larger 48-inch x 96-inch in only a few minutes.
Worried about a larger project popping up? The RGS is easy to expand at any time to a larger working area utilizing either the 27-1/2 or 55-inch length extension kits. Confidently tackle projects up to 72 inches wide and 16 feet or longer!
Optional Upgrades
-
Threaded Cross Feed
With the Threaded Cross Feed upgrade available you can precisely control the placement of your router across the width of the RGS unit, opening a new realm of projects that are possible.
For planing, consistently step over for your next pass leading to improved surface finishes that require up to 80% less finish sanding.
For everything else, the Threaded option effectively turns the RGS into a router table flipped upside down. Effortlessly cut box border inlay grooves, create equally spaced flutes on beams or mantles, edge joint, or perform shaping operations with confidence.
-
Dust Collection Shroud - (View DCS Here)
This dual-sided shroud collects 90% of the dust and shavings from your RGS unit when paired with a 800-1000 CFM dust extractor utilizing an industry standard 4-inch diameter hose. Kit includes everything from the strip brushes upwards to a 2-1/2 to 4-inch wye fitting.
Lifetime Warranty
With high-precision CNC machined sliding components ensuring a lifetime of smooth-sliding planing capabilities, this system eliminates the guesswork and inconsistencies that can come with a DIY setup.
Additionally, we're always a phone call or email away to help you with any issues that may crop up. We stand behind our products and will do everything we can to make sure our products meet both yours and our expectations for fit and function.

I have leveled four slabs with my recent true trac gantry. Works as advertised. I’m well please with the percussion, function and over all quality of this product. The rails are easy to set up if your table is level
I have used the mill for a 36x63 inch oak table top with great results. I wish that I had ordered the threaded cross feed option. Can I order this as an add on option?
I want to thank you for your follow through. I have not set this up yet but just purchased the 2x4’s to get it done this week. I am excited about getting this part of my work going. I will let you know more as I go. I really do appreciate the follow ups and back of your product
It did what you said it would.
Well built and arrived quicker than I thought it would.
Great quality product, simple to set up and put to work immediately. I work primarily with drift wood and off shaped pieces so I paired mine with an adjustable table to accommodate very large pieces
